12 Days of Christmas Giveaway — Official Rules**

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older.

  • Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Honey Badger Motorsports LLC are not eligible.

  • No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

2. How to Enter

To be entered into the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following actions on Facebook:

  1. Follow the Honey Badger Motorsports LLC Facebook page.

  2. Like the original giveaway post.

  3. Comment on the original giveaway post.

  4. Share the original giveaway post publicly.

All steps must be completed within the giveaway period to qualify.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM (midnight) on December 12, 2025.

  • The giveaway ends at 11:59 PM on December 23, 2025.

  • Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be accepted.

4. Prizes

Three winners will be selected at random. Prizes will be awarded in the order drawn:

  1. First Name Drawn:

    1. One (1) set of Badger Bars

  2. Second Name Drawn:

    1. One (1) Edge CTS3 Monitor

  3. Third Name Drawn:

    1. One (1)Mac Strap's Bundle

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substitution.

5. Winner Selection

  • All eligible entries will be compiled, and winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Honey Badger Motorsports LLC.

  • Winners will be announced on the Honey Badger Motorsports LLC Facebook page and/or contacted directly via Facebook Messenger.

  • Winners must respond within 72 hours of being contacted. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. General Conditions

  • Honey Badger Motorsports LLC is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or improperly submitted entries.

  • By participating, entrants agree to allow Honey Badger Motorsports LLC to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  • Honey Badger Motorsports LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time due to technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control.

7. Release of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Honey Badger Motorsports LLC and Facebook from all liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

8. Agreement to Rules

Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full agreement to these Official Rules and Honey Badger Motorsports LLC’s decisions, which are final and binding.
