The Morimoto XB Evo LED Headlights LF2-508 will update the front end of your Ford F-250/350/450. Through a simple plug-and-play key on the back of each headlight, the signal swap system allows users to personalize how the daytime running lights and turn signals operate according to personal preference. The daytime running light (DRL) can be set up to run full-time in either white or amber with no compromise in intensity either way. When starting your Ford truck, the optics will automatically light in a multi-stage sequence before turning back off. Maximum Performance

Thanks to the Bi-LED projectors, the XB Evo headlights will match the highest standards for headlight performance that are set by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, which is a tough target even for most luxury automakers. This Super Duty Evo headlight uses four Bi-LED projectors per headlight to provide unmatched light output, with an incredibly bright and wide low beam, and a high beam that eliminates darkness. All optics are driven by the latest OE-grade automotive LEDs from Nichia in Japan.

On Road

These Morimoto XB Evo Headlights are DOT-compliant with all FVMSS108 regulations for on-road use in America. Their projector optics are so efficient and capable that their LEDs are only push at about 50% of their full potential intensity to avoid surpassing limitations set by compliance. for a perfect alignment on any truck, even with a lift or slammed, the vertical aim is fully adjustable within +/- 6 degrees. To deliver maximum visibility, comfort, and safety, these headlights were designed in California by Morimoto's lead optical engineer, Yoshi Ishida.

Frost-Free System

Morimoto's patent-pending heating system warms the surface temperature of the headlight lens to reduce frost buildup when driving through wet and snowy environments in the wintertime. When the temperature drops below 41 deg. Fahrenheit (5 degrees Celsius), the system is switched on by your command by flashing the high beams four times. From there, the headlight will automatically maintain temperatures within the headlight housing to mitigate frost buildup on the lens. This feature is a cold-climate game changer that helps ensure the output of your XB Evo headlights will remain strong when you need it most.

DRL Optics

The turn signals and daytime running lights (DRLs) illuminate with special surfaces, which enable maximum intensity from all viewing angles. They also provide a one-off look and easily outshine low-tech optics found in almost every other aftermarket headlight.

Easy to Personalize

Through a simple plug-and-play key on the back of each headlight, the proprietary signal swap system allows users to personalize how the daytime running lights and turn signals operate according to personal preference. The daytime running light can be set up to run full-time in either white or amber with no compromise in intensity either way. The turn signals can work sequentially from side to side, or in a more conventional on-off mode with an elegant fade-off effect.

Welcome Sequence

When starting your truck, the optics will automatically illuminate in a multi-stage sequence before shutting back off. Unlike every other feature included with the XB Evo headlights, this does absolutely nothing to improve performance. But executed correctly, it does look cool, and there's nothing wrong with that!
