Maximum Performance

Thanks to the Bi-LED projectors, these XRGB Evo headlights truly outperform. Here, the Super Duty Evo headlight features four Bi-LED projectors per headlight to provide unmatched light output, with an incredibly bright and wide low beam, and a high beam that kills darkness. All optics are driven by the latest Factory-grade automotive LEDs from Nichia in Japan.

On Road

The Morimoto XB Evo Hybrid Headlights are DOT-compliant with all FVMSS108 regulations for on-road use in America. Their projector optics are so capable and efficient that their LEDs are only pushed to roughly 50% of their full potential intensity to avoid surpassing limitations set by compliance. The vertical aim is fully adjustable within +/- 6 degrees for an accurate alignment on any Super Duty, even if it's slammed or lifted. To deliver maximum visibility, comfort, and safety, these headlights were designed in California by Morimoto's lead optical engineer, Yoshi Ishida.

DRL Optics

The turn signals and daytime running lights illuminate with special surface textures, which enable maximum intensity from all viewing angles. Easily out-shining low-tech optics found in most every other aftermarket headlight, they also provide a one-off look. The DRL illuminates in a bright white with dim parking light mode, and a bright turn signal using the same optic backed by amber LEDs.

Easy to Personalize

The proprietary signal swap system allows users to personalize how the daytime running lights and turn signals operate according to personal preference, through a simple plug-and-play key on the back of each headlight. The turn signals can work sequentially from side to side, or in a more traditional on-off mode with an elegant fade-off effect.

The XB Evo headlights are expertly designed to match all factory specifications to ensure ideal fitment and trouble-free installation. They will bolt onto the original mounting locations and line up to the surrounding sheet-metal without any massaging, plug into the factory wire harness, and then work without dash errors, flickering, flashing, or radio interference. These headlights are completely designed, engineered, and tested in the USA by the Morimoto team to meet the high expectations of their customers. Nichia LEDs from Japan are used throughout, and all wiring and connections are factory-grade. When it comes to UV protection, OE Toyota headlights are the best in the industry, which is why Morimoto formulated a new hard coating that exceeds their standard for resistance against cracking, fading, and yellowing lenses from UV exposure.
