MAHLE Pistons are designed to match your diesel engine perfectly. Each piston is built to OE grade construction criteria using an OE design. Prices are shown per piston. MAHLE Pistons are only sold in full sets. Quantity of (6) must be ordered.

These pistons are for 305hp engines only.
For 2003 model year trucks, only the High Output trucks are rated at 305hp.
For early 2004 model year trucks, all federal emissions trucks are rated at 305hp. If you have a California emissions truck these pistons will not work.
To check if your truck is a Standard Output or High Output you will need to check the 8th digit of your VIN (vehicle identification number) or the power rating on the engine tag. See information below.

6 = Standard Output engine
C = High Output engine

235hp = Standard Output
305hp = High Output
