Description
The Ford PC4Z-6A785-A Closed Crankcase Ventilation (CCV) Oil Separator will replace the CCV in your Cab & Chassis Ford F-350/450/550 6.7 Powerstroke. To reduce ash loading of the DPF during operation, the crankcase vent assembly recycles crankcase fumes, allowing the mitigation of crankcase pressure and separating oil from crankcase fumes. Ford's published maintenance information does not indicate that CCV service is necessary; however, replacing this component as part of routine maintenance should occur about 30,000 to 40,000 miles.
