Fleece SureFlo Performance Fuel Tank Sending Unit FPE-SF-FMC-1116-LB

The Fleece FPE-SF-FMC-1116-LB SureFlo Performance Sending Unit is designed to work with the aftermarket lift pump on your long bed 2011-2016 Ford F-250/350 6.7L Powerstroke. If you are running an aftermarket pump that is mounted outside the fuel tank, you will need to drill your fuel tank to mount a sump or install a draw straw. Both have some considerable drawbacks including the 1/4 tank problems that result in cavitation of the pump when you pull air into the fuel lines.

This SureFlo Performance Sending Unit is purposely engineered to work with aftermarket lift pumps and fit directly into your OE location. It features OE-style quick disconnects to adapt the factory fuel lines at the tank, giving you a clean installation that doesn't require drilling or cutting into the tank. The SureFlo works by pulling fuel from, and returning fuel to, the bucket assembly at the bottom of the unit. This ensures you are always drawing fuel into your pump and not pulling air into the fuel system as well as removing the dreaded 1/4 tank issues. The SureFlo bucket also includes one-way check valves that allow fuel to easily flow in at reduced levels. The SureFlo performance sending unit is also an excellent choice for trucks needing to repair a failing sender or if you are just looking to run custom fuel lines directly to the tank.
